TELEHEALTH & HOME VISITS

HOME VISITS:
If you are a regular patient and too unwell to come to the surgery. Your doctor may be able to come to your home.

We will try to arrange a visit as soon as your doctor is available. This will be at the doctor’s discretion.

If a home visit is not possible, then the locum service (13 74 25) provides home visits after hours.

TELEPHONE CALLS:
Although most problems are best handled via direct consultation, your GP will take urgent calls relating to you or your family’s health.

If your doctor is seeing patients when you call, our experienced reception staff or nurse can help you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, a return telephone call from your GP or urgent attention.

Consultations will not be interrupted unless your matter is deemed urgent.

Please note: There may be some delay in returning your non urgent call.

EMAILS:
Our practice does not have encryption on our emails; therefore, we cannot send medical or sensitive information without your consent, once the risks have been explained.

If you are seeking medical advice, sick certificates or repeat prescriptions. Please make an appointment to see your doctor. We will not respond to clinical inquiries.

Nonclinical inquiries will be responded to within 48 hours.
